Textiles: Experimenting

To create this sample above i made three swirling shaped paper stencils and placed them onto my fabric, i then added random bits of string and lace material across my fabric before placing ripped up pieces of paper over the top covered in purple and black disperse dyes. I placed my pieces under the heat press and produced the print above, the netted material and string have created a grate electric effect across my fabric but i feel this print could be worked into further at a later date.
